 Mommy's Pregnancy

This is the diary of a triplet mom-to-be.  Being pregnant with 3 babies is definitely not a day at the beach, and at times pretty miserable. I don't know which is worse, the beginning or the last few weeks before the end.  But it was an adventure, one I would not trade for anything.   We found out we were having triplets in October 1996, and spent the next few months just waiting for the morning sickness to go away.  At Christmas I finally started to feel better and we began to tell a few people our big news.  Early in 1997 we found out we were having 2 girls and a boy, and that they were all normal.  Yea! After that, it was just a waiting game, trying to get to milestones -- 28 weeks, then 30 weeks, then 32 weeks.  At 32 weeks I went into labor and landed in the hospital, where I stayed until they were born at 34-1/2 weeks.  Having triplets wasn't the easiest thing I've ever done, but it's definitely the most important.
